MaiYa Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was established in September 2015. We form a team of capable and experienced technology, R&D, engineering and manufacturing elites specializing in the development, design and manufacture of precision injection molds and plastic products. The company is located in Changan Town, Dongguan City, China (One of China's mold bases).
There are more than 50 technicians in the company, including 10 engineering designers, 2 professional mold testing personnel, and more than 30 professional technicians in the first line: more than 90% are engaged in export mold design and production technicians for many years. 80% of the molds produced by the company are exported to Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria and other European countries and the United States.
Through the concerted efforts of all employees, the production and operation develops rapidly, and the technological innovation and development are fruitful. After years of steady development, we now have a number of internationally advanced processing equipment and testing equipment, using sophisticated processing technology to provide customers with high quality. The product development and production of high standard molds provide protection.
Main business scope: automotive structural parts injection molds, medical equipment, precision instruments, life electrical enclosures, science and education products, communication products. It has deep technical precipitation and rich experience for multi-color molds, over molds, tooth molds and engineering plastic molds.
